Season of Giving: How to Help

Are you an animal lover who is looking for a way to give back this holiday season? Or maybe someone who loves nature and wildlife and want to help preserve them? If you are, you've come to the right place!

Here at the Red Wolf Sanctuary we work year-round to provide a permanent home for non-releasable wildlife, as well as rehabilitation care for injured or orphaned wildlife so that they can be released. Our property preserves over 450 acres so that native plant and animal species have a safe place to thrive.

There are many ways that you can help us help wildlife!

• Amazon Wishlist: We regularly update our wishlist with a variety of items to help us provide quality care for our residents and rehab animals.

• Amazon Smile: Amazon Smile works just like Amazon! Just choose Red Wolf Sanctuary as your charity of choice, and then shop as you usually do! Amazon will donate a portion of your payment to the Sanctuary, at no additional cost to you.

• General Wishlist: We also keep a general wishlist on our website that is regularly updated with some items that can be new or gently used. We also have included animal care items such as different types of food.

• Monetary Donation: A monetary donation is always helpful, especially for helping us build new enclosures, as well as repair and maintain the enclosures and equipment we have!

• Adopt a Resident Animal: By symbolically adopting one of our resident animals your donation will help provide their daily needs and care! Adoption packets include an adoption certificate, photo of your adopted animal, and fact sheets about the species as well as the individual animal. Animal adoptions also make great gifts!

• Eagle Scout and Gold Award projects: We have many different options available for Eagle Scout and/or Gold Award projects! These projects range from a small shelter for guests to wait in and gather at, to bird boxes or helping us maintain our gardens!

• Kroger Rewards: By choosing Red Wolf Sanctuary as your charity of choice we will receive a donation from Kroger every time you shop!

• Tell your friends and family about us! Word of mouth is important advertisement, and much of our income comes from guests taking an educational tour.

We are a non-profit 501(C)3, so all donations are tax deductible.
